Services are subject to availability. All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation reference number from us.
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or agreed partial payment is received and a written confirmation (via WhatsApp, email, or receipt) is issued by SELANDIA. Verbal confirmations do not constitute a binding booking.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. Airline fares, hotel rates, and package costs may fluctuate due to seasonal demand, availability, and vendor pricing changes.

A service fee / consultation charge may apply in addition to the ticket or package price. This will be communicated clearly before payment is collected.
3.5 Third-Party Payments
Payments made directly to airlines, hotels, or other vendors are governed by those vendors' terms. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from direct payments to third parties.
4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must inform us in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following applies:

In the event of cancellation by an airline, hotel, or tour operator due to operational reasons, we will facilitate the refund as per the vendor's process. We are not liable for delays in refund processing by third-party vendors.
4.3 Force Majeure
In events beyond our or the vendor's control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, strikes, or acts of war — cancellations will be handled per vendor policy. Our service fees remain non-refundable.

All traveller names provided for bookings must exactly match the names on government-issued photo ID. We are not responsible for booking failures or denied boarding caused by name discrepancies.
SELANDIA acts as a travel agent and intermediary. Our maximum liability to you in any situation shall be limited to the service fees actually paid to us for the specific booking in question.
